Im a big fan of Formula1 and I love the sport. Lately I’ve been puzzled with Schumachers return, no wonder he is the all time best and is a great driver, but there were a lot of ifs and buts when Massa was injured in the last season and there were talks about Schumi returning to Ferrari’s driver seat, however all of that got dropped and was fair. Now, he has been signed up by big Ross in McLaren Mercedes and Im not sure if he is doing the right thing.

The thing is, he left the sport at a high note with a great spirit, now, if he comes back and loses focus on the sport to other competing drivers, would it do justice to his past?

Hi Roshan,

Nice to know that you love F1. Commenting on Schumi, honestly speaking, there are many sports personalities who have done a similar thing in the past. Hence, only time can tell what happens in this case.

But this season is going to be a fantastic one to watch, with many world champions in the grid, it certainly will be thrilling. Also with all the FIA’s new regulations about cars, the changes in rules, points, it will certainly take the first few races for everyone to understand the new rules, points system and so on.

Ross Brawn has always been very successful in designing and delivering world class cars, like what we saw in the last season from BrawnGP. Now that Schumi is with Ross and working together with Mercedes, they surely will be successful i guess. However, it will be interesting to watch how quick McLaren are this season, and not to miss Red Bull, they were really quick last season.

Schumi come back...

It was great to see him back in the race. He will start from Pos 7 in the grid tomorrow. We will have to wait for the race to see where he finishes. He is capable of anything (like the way he used to be...)
